Steiner, the most trusted name in high-end defensive and sporting optics, is excited to announce that another of the company’s professional grade LPVOs (low power variable optic) has received the National Tactical Officers Association’s highest rating class in its Member Tested and Recommended Program. The Steiner T6Xi joins the Steiner P4Xi in earning a Gold logo rating from the NTOA program.
NTOA’s Member Tested and Recommended Program is an invaluable evaluation process conducted by field officers from around the U.S. to judge products for duty use. This program assists departments in narrowing their search for the best equipment to meet their officers’ needs in real-world patrol and tactical scenarios.
The Steiner T6Xi 1-6x24 rifle scope with the KC-1 MIL reticle was evaluated by member officers in Pennsylvania and California. Testing resulted in an impressive 4.66 out of 5.0 score.
Steiner developed the T6Xi 1-6x24 optic for quick target acquisition in close-quarter environments and positive target identification at longer ranges. The KC-1 reticle, produced in collaboration with Kinetic Consulting, offers a fast sight picture in the lower magnification settings and a precision aiming solution at extended distances. With its included throw lever for quick power transition, 11 illumination levels, the option of exposed or capped elevation turrets, and a rugged shockproof, waterproof, and fogproof design, the T6Xi is the ideal support system for patrol rifles.
Noted one testing officer: “All in all, the Steiner T6Xi 1-6 x 24 scope surpassed all of my expectations. Of all the benefits to using this scope, those that impressed me the most were the instrument's ability to smoothly transition adjustments, the sleek and durable design, and the combination of lens clarity paired with a reticle system that I found beneficial.”
