Watchtower Defense Opens New Tomball Headquarters; Offers First Look at 2027 Products

Watchtower Defense officially opened its new headquarters and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tomball, Texas, on Tuesday, September 29, welcoming state representatives, local dignitaries, community leaders, industry partners, members of the media, and other invited guests to a ribbon-cutting ceremony and an exclusive first look at several new products planned for 2027.

The event gave attendees their first opportunity to see firsthand what Watchtower Defense is building. Guests toured the new facility, viewed its advanced manufacturing equipment and expanded production capabilities, met members of the Watchtower Defense team, and received a sneak peek at select new products ahead of their broader industry introduction.

The ribbon-cutting marked an important milestone for Watchtower Defense, an entirely new company under new ownership and leadership, with a new facility, new equipment, a new product strategy, and a new vision for the future.

Watchtower Defense acquired Watchtower Firearms' assets, but the company is not simply a renamed or rebranded version of the former company. Following the acquisition, the new ownership team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of every aspect of the business, including its products, manufacturing capabilities, operations and market position. The objective was not to continue doing what had been done before, but to build a new company focused on developing innovative, precision-engineered firearms and related products for today's shooting, hunting and defense markets.

As part of that transformation, Watchtower Defense relocated its headquarters and manufacturing operations to Tomball. The new state-of-the-art facility features advanced equipment and expanded production capabilities, giving the company the resources and flexibility to develop a much broader portfolio of firearms and related products.

One of the new ownership team's first priorities was a complete reevaluation of the existing product line. That process identified opportunities not only to develop better products but also to think much bigger about Watchtower Defense's future and the markets it can serve.

The result is an entirely new generation of Watchtower Defense products scheduled to begin launching in 2027, several of which were previewed for attendees during the September 29 event.

The philosophy behind these products is straightforward: precision engineering, innovative design, meaningful features, exceptional performance, and greater value. Rather than adding features simply for the sake of having them, Watchtower Defense is concentrating on engineering products around the needs of the end user and delivering tangible benefits that improve performance, functionality, and the overall user experience.

Firearms will remain at the core of Watchtower Defense, while the company's vision extends to an expanding portfolio of firearm-related products.

The long-term vision is to position Watchtower Defense as a broader, product-driven brand offering an expanding portfolio of firearms and firearm-related products for the shooting, hunting and defense markets. New product categories are already in development, creating opportunities for Watchtower Defense to reach new consumers and compete in markets beyond its previous product portfolio.

That expansion will be deliberate. Watchtower Defense does not intend to enter a product category merely to put its name on another product. Each new offering must have a clear purpose and deliver a compelling combination of engineering, performance, features, and value.

With its new Tomball facility, advanced equipment, experienced team, and expanded product development capabilities now in place, Watchtower Defense has established the foundation to execute that vision.

The September 29 ribbon-cutting represented more than the opening of a new manufacturing facility. It provided state and local officials, community and industry leaders, media and other guests with an early look at the company, capabilities and products that will define the new Watchtower Defense.

Beginning in 2027, consumers will have their first opportunity to see those products as Watchtower Defense begins rolling out its new portfolio.
