Twenty-eight-year shooting sports veteran joins category leader.
Daytona Beach, FL – SCCY Firearms, a trusted leader in the Shooting Sports industry, today announced the appointment of Wayne Holt as SCCY's President effective July 1, 2015. Mr. Holt brings 28 years of relevant industry experience to his new role, having served in senior management positions at Ellet Brothers, Glock, Hornady, SIG Sauer, and Alexander Arms. He will report to Mr. Joe Roebuck, the CEO and Founder of SCCY.

In September 2003, Joe Roebuck founded SCCY Industries, applying his expertise as a Tool & Die Maker and Mechanical Design Engineer to produce safe, affordable, and simple to use firearms.

The company's manufacturing operations are based in a 21,000 sq. ft. facility located in Daytona Beach, Florida, just a half a mile from the famous Daytona 500 speedway. Contained in this factory are numerous state-of-the-art CNC machining centers using custom tooling and programs designed by Mr. Roebuck. The barrel, slide, receiver and all other major metal components are manufactured at the Daytona site. It was Joe Roebuck's vision that the CPX series firearms could be precisely manufactured to be as good as or even better than other name-brand name products, without the high cost to the retail buyer.
