In his role, Plowfield is tasked with accelerating Maxim Defense's growth and strengthening its presence throughout the distribution and dealer channels. By engaging wholesalers and external sales teams, Plowfield will create winning partnerships to ensure programs are successfully developed and launched.

Before joining Maxim, Plowfield had a highly successful career as a buyer for the RSR Group. As a primary point of contact for 100 manufacturers within the tactical firearms, imported firearms, and suppressors categories, Plowfield procured over 5,000 SKU's. In addition, Plowfield was instrumental in developing and tracking sales incentives for inert inventory leading to increased profitability. Plowfield is a graduate of The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and has acquired recognition by attaining Certified Professional in Supply Management from the Institute for Supply Management.
