Last Thursday in this space, I noted that “In years past, Chuck Taylor referred to users as described above as non-dedicated personnel.” I was corrected by the estimable Stephen Wenger, who noted it was Mark Moritz, attorney, writer, and Gunsite grad. I asked Mark and he said that he used the term in a piece in Blue Press, though “Chuck may have come up with it independently …” I stand corrected.
