As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative who knows the firearms industry inside and out. If you live and breathe firearms, know how to build relationships, and are hungry to grow business on a national and international scale, this is your shot.

What You’ll Do

• Bring new dealers on board, you’ll be the face of Bear Creek Arsenal to dealers, distributors, and big box retailers across your territory.
• Develop retail partnerships with major outlets and strengthen existing relationships.
• Drive international expansion by identifying and cultivating new distributor networks around the globe.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, dealer events, and industry gatherings.
• Train and support dealers on Bear Creek Arsenal products to help them sell with confidence.
• Hit and exceed sales goals through relentless follow-up, grit, and results-driven effort.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in firearms, sporting goods, or outdoor products.
• Deep firearms knowledge and passion for the industry, you speak the language and know the market.
• Proven success in new account acquisition and territory growth.
• Strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and big box retailers preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international).
• Must be legally eligible to handle and sell firearms under all applicable laws.
