Cheshire, CT –– Target Sports USA is excited to announce Jose Diaz Hernandez as our new Director of Information Technology. Jose served as a U.S. Army Reserve Military Police Sergeant and has more than 20 years of IT leadership across logistics, e-commerce, and high-volume operations.

Jose most recently led technology strategy at Miracle Ventures, where he oversaw tech operations for the DTC division, managing system integrations across e-commerce, 3PL, and payments. He also led platform migrations, built automations, and supported data flows for marketing and fulfillment. He is well versed in NetSuite, ERP systems, API integrations, and automating complex fulfillment networks which are all valuable skills that can be directly applied to his work at Target Sports USA.

Jose holds an MBA from Rutgers and a BS from Georgetown. He’s fluent in Spanish and actively serves in his local volunteer ambulance corps.
