Wixom, MI – Trijicon®, Inc., a global provider of innovative aiming solutions for the hunting, shooting, military, and law enforcement markets, announces two open positions for Sales Account Managers serving the following territories:

·California, Nevada, and Hawaii

·Ohio Valley Region: Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Virginia

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support Trijicon accounts across assigned states

Provide product training and demonstrations

Recommend product assortments and analyze sales data

Support buyer teams with administrative needs

Manage pricing updates, agreements, launches, RA assistance, and promotions

Conduct account visits and maintain CRM data

Attend trade shows and represent the brand

Submit monthly reports and coordinate customer visits

Maintain strong knowledge of Trijicon products, competitors, and market trends

Build budgets and provide additional territory support as needed

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years outside sales experience

Reside in or willing to relocate to the territory

Ability to safely operate firearms; strong firearms knowledge

Experience managing client and account relationships

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Detail-oriented, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Flexible schedule and ability to travel

Knowledge of Trijicon and AmeriGlo products preferred
