O’Connor joins the team with over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the hunting and shooting industry. In his new role, he will oversee all marketing activities for 1791 Gunleather.

O’Connor has been an avid outdoorsman his entire life. Hunting and fishing with his father from an early age, he started in the industry at a Portland, Oregon gun shop and shooting range. He then spent nineteen years at Leupold & Stevens, Inc. serving in several sales and marketing roles. Most recently Tim was with Crimson Trace in their marketing department. Adjacent to these roles, he has been a Gunsite instructor since 2014.
