Products are evaluated by a committee selected from end user groups who determine the best-of-the-best by ranking products on fit, form, finish and functionality through an unbiased, hands-on, multi-day testing and evaluation phase.

The Otis Elite® was tested by 25 individuals and included enthusiasts, competitive shooters, hunters, military personnel, gunsmiths, law enforcement officers and firearms instructors.
