Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Lead Engraver/Graphic Designer Supervisor to join our production team. This unique role blends artistry with precision, involving graphic design, laser engraving, gold plating (bonus), and high-end polishing to finish our exclusive firearm series.
Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare custom firearm engravings using graphic software
- Operate laser engraving machines with accuracy and consistency
- Use digital tools for design management and workflow tracking
- Manage project timelines and prioritize tasks to meet production goals
- Perform high-end polishing and finishing on metal firearm components
- Maintain and organize inventory of parts and materials
- Enter data accurately into systems and assist in reporting
Skills & Experience:
- Preferred high-polish metal finishing
- Experience in firearm metal laser engraving
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Data entry and inventory management systems
- Attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship

Compensation & Benefits:
