MINDEN, Nev. –– Franklin Armory®, a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of firearms and accessories, is pleased to announce that Earl Griffith, former Chief of the Firearms and Ammunition Technology Division at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), will be available at SHOT Show 2023 to answer questions regarding the legal and compliance status for a variety of Franklin Armory’s innovative products, including its Binary Firing System®.
Mr. Griffith, who retired from ATF this past September, headed up the Bureau’s division responsible for responding to and acting upon law enforcement agencies' requests to test, evaluate and provide expert testimony and training on firearms and ammunition. Griffith also provided technical services and assistance to the firearms industry and the public regarding the application of the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), its amendments, and the National Firearms Act (NFA).
Earl Griffith will be at Franklin Armory’s SHOT Show booth #20349 on Tuesday, January 17 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Wednesday, January 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; and Thursday, January 19 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
