GENESEO, ILL. – The Armory Life™ is pleased to announce the release of the Fall 2025 issue of The Armory Life print magazine featuring a cover story review of the exciting new 9mm Kuna™ pistol. This quarterly print magazine complements the daily digital content available on TheArmoryLife.com.
Since its launch in 2019, The Armory Life website has proven to be an outstanding resource for firearms-oriented content. It delivers exciting and in-depth daily posts created by some of today’s most respected experts in the firearms community. With the launch of the full-color, 96-page quarterly print magazine in early 2021, fans of The Armory Life were given an entirely new medium for consuming this content.
This issue’s cover story finds Jeremy Tremp doing a detailed review of the innovative PDW-style Kuna 9mm pistol. Featuring a roller-delayed locking system that makes the pistol both lightweight and low-recoiling, the Kuna offers a remarkably capable self-defense 9mm.
In addition, the issue features an in-depth interview with Doug Hamlin, the National Rifle Association’s executive vice president and chief executive officer. He gives us his take on where gun rights stand today, and lets us know about all the association’s efforts to protect them today — and into the future.
The issue also features hands-on reviews of some of the latest and greatest firearms available. These include the Coyote Brown 1911 DS Prodigy™ Comp 9mm, the Model 2020 Heatseeker bolt-action rifle and much more. Further rounding out the issue is a piece on this year’s Cantius Award winner as well as a historical piece on Operation Vengeance, the mission to kill Admiral Yamamoto.
This print magazine is designed to integrate closely with its digital sibling website, featuring easy-to-use QR codes throughout. Simply open your camera app on your smartphone and scan the code, and you’ll be taken online to expanded content and video segments.
Recipients of The Armory Life print magazine are selected from Springfield Armory warranty registrants. Currently, subscribers receive two years’ worth (eight issues) of the magazine.
“Although we had a lot of great cover gun options from which to choose, selecting the Kuna for this issue was easy,” said Mike Humphries, editor-in-chief of the magazine. “With its physics-defying combination of light weight and low recoil, the Kuna was an ideal choice to grace the cover of this latest issue.”
