Tom Nash, Outdoor Industry Veteran

Tom Nash, a life-long industry veteran and shooting sports advocate died unexpectedly at the age of 67 on Saturday August 22, 2020.

Tom worked for over 40 years in the firearms industry, most recently serving as a Buyer and Key Accounts Executive for Bangers LP. Tom had a smile and personality larger than life and often times couldn’t go unnoticed by his friends and colleagues at industry events such as the SHOT Show, NRA Show, NASGW Show, and a myriad of other industry functions he participated in. Over the course of his accomplished career, Tom had built long standing customer and vendor relationships and was known throughout the industry for his contributions and dedication to the shooting sports business. In his free time, Tom enjoyed the game of golf, fishing with his long-time friends Jack Baumler and Bob Coyle on Martha’s Vineyard, and volunteering as a football referee in his local community in Western Mass.

“We are deeply troubled by the untimely passing of Tom. Tom had been with us here at Bangers since 2014 and was a valued friend and employee. Tom was instrumental in solidifying our relationships with many industry partners and served as a leader within the TALO membership of which Bangers is a part of. He will be truly missed by so many,” states Merchandising Vice president Dennis Donahue.

Tom is survived by his beloved wife Kathy, children Jon, Chris, Alison, and three grandchildren Jack, Emma, and River. Funeral services will be held at Curran-Jones Funeral Home located in West Springfield, MA. at 11:30AM on August 27th, 2020.
