(Grand Island, Nebr.) — Hornady® congratulates Jessie Harrison and Ashley Rheuark on their performance at the World Speed Shooting Championship, April 15-18, 2021 in Talladega, Alabama.

Harrison won the Ladies Open World Speed Shooting Title using Hornady 9mm 115 gr. HAP® bullets. “My steel challenge load with Hornady HAP bullets makes for the perfect combination, giving me low recoil for speed and the best accuracy” said Harrison. “I’ve relied on this combination for many years, and it hasn’t let me down yet!” Harrison added.

Teammate Ashley Rheuark competed in Carry Optics and Production and won top lady in both divisions, while setting two new world records with her match times shooting Hornady 9mm 147 gr. XTP® bullets.

Rheuark’s previous Carry Optics record time was 102.56 seconds and this past weekend, she achieved a time of 99.83. In addition, Rheuark’s previous Production record time was 106.82 and this weekend, she achieved 102.40.
