MidwayUSA’s Ryan Cokerham was recently promoted to Director of Merchandising – Shooting. Ryan began his career at MidwayUSA as a Photography Specialist in 2008, shortly after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Over the past 14 years, Ryan has held several key positions at MidwayUSA, including Graphic Designer, Product Information Specialist, Product Specialist, Merchandising Manager of Optics, and most recently Merchandising Manager of Reloading Tools and Accessories.
“I am very excited to take on this new role at MidwayUSA,” said Ryan. “My passion for hunting and competitive shooting makes this new position a great fit. I am looking forward to many more years with the Potterfield family and the great coworkers that make up our organization.”
In his new position, Ryan will lead a team of merchandising managers responsible for sales, margins, inventory, and product selection for MidwayUSA’s Ammunition & Components, Guns, Gunsmithing, Reloading Tools & Accessories, and Shooting categories. He will report to Ryan Fischer, VP Merchandising.

Ryan aligns exceptionally well with MidwayUSA’s culture. He is an NRA Benefactor Member, avid hunter, angler, and an accomplished competitive shooter with multiple F-Class State Championship wins. When he’s not in the office, he can often be found on the lake, competing in, or helping run competitive long-range shooting matches.
