AGM Global Vision is excited to welcome Brandon Rapolla to our team as a Law Enforcement & Government Sales Representative. In this role, Brandon will be responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with law enforcement agencies across the United States. His focus will be on uncovering the unique needs of each agency and providing tailored solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and officer safety.

Brandon brings a wealth of experience and training to this position. A United States Marine Corps veteran (1992–1996), he has completed extensive combat, tactical, and leadership training, including Infantry School, Squad Leader’s School, and advanced instruction in ground engagement tactics, demolitions, close-quarters combat, and night vision operations. His military background gives him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those in the field and the importance of reliable, mission-ready equipment.

In addition to his service, Brandon has a strong background in firearms instruction and safety. He served as the Chief Instructor for pistol and rifle training at Freedom Center USA (2020–2022), is a long-standing NRA Pistol Instructor and Chief Range Safety Officer, and has provided defensive firearms instruction certified through Oregon’s DPSST program. This extensive training experience has equipped him with the ability to communicate effectively with officers and agencies, ensuring solutions are both practical and effective.

With his combined background in the military, law enforcement training, and civilian instruction, Brandon is uniquely positioned to support AGM Global Vision’s mission of delivering cutting-edge thermal and night vision technology to agencies nationwide. His dedication to service and his ability to connect with agencies at every level will help strengthen AGM’s role as a trusted partner in supporting those who protect and serve.
