Springfield Armory® is proud to announce the launch of the 4" Polished Blued SA-35™, the newest addition to the popular SA-35 family of pistols. The 9mm pistol, which combines a compact 4"-barreled slide assembly with an eye-catching polished finish, offers users a highly refined and attractive EDC pistol.
Based on one of the most prolific and popular pistols in small arms history, the Springfield Armory SA-35 gives today's shooters a modern take on a revered classic. Featuring subtle but significant upgrades to John Moses Browning's original P-35 design, the 9mm SA-35 captures the appeal of the "wood and steel" era of arms making, now complemented by a classic polished blued finish.
Made in the U.S.A., the SA-35 features rugged forged steel parts for strength and durability, improved ergonomics and enhanced controls, a factory-tuned trigger, modernized Tactical Rack rear and white dot front sights, an improved feed ramp design, and an increased 15-round capacity within the flush-fit magazine.
This new SA-35 features a polished blued finish on its carbon steel frame and slide, delivering a deep, lustrous appearance to the durable forged components. Complementing the polished finish of the steel are attractive walnut grip panels that feature natural grain and finely cut checkering for confident purchase. As with all SA-35 pistols, its 4" barrel features improved feed ramp design for reliable function with modern defensive ammunition and is forged for durability and strength.
"The SA-35's combination of classic styling with enhancements today's shooters demand made it an immediate hit," said Steve Kramer, Vice President of Marketing for Springfield Armory. "This new version, combining a polished finish with lighter weight and a more compact size, makes for a very appealing option for EDC users."
