MDT is pleased to announce the Scope Tube Mount with V-Mount, a clamp-on mount that adds V-Mount and Picatinny mounting points directly to the riflescope tube. It puts levels, secondary optics, and other accessories on the optic itself and frees up rail space on the rifle.

The mount is offered in 30mm, 34mm, 35mm, and 36mm sizes. A two-piece ring clamps around the scope tube with M3 hardware torqued to 12 to 15 in-lbs, and the mount provides multiple V-Mount locations along with an included V-Mount to Picatinny 2-hole rail. Weight ranges from 0.9 oz on the 30mm to 1.1 oz on the 34mm and 35mm, and all mounting hardware ships with the mount.

The MDT SendIt and Crush It levels attach directly through V-Mount, and the Picatinny section accepts red dots, dope cards, turret magnifiers, and other Picatinny accessories. Shooters choose the mounting orientation and V-Mount location to keep clear of the turrets, parallax, illumination, and magnification controls on their scope.

For precision and PRS shooters, accessories mounted to the scope move with the scope. An optic can go from one rifle to another with its level already in place and aligned, and setups with limited rail space gain mounting points without adding hardware to the rifle.
