Outdoor Channel brings diehard hunters and shooters together for the most exhilarating night of big-game adventure and firearms expertise from iconic magazine brands during the "Wednesday Night Branded Series" block of programming, every Wednesday night starting at 6:00 p.m. ET. This stellar evening begins with Host Haynes Shelton and the team at North American Whitetail as they pursue trophy class whitetail bucks across North America, followed by big-game adventures of all kinds with hosts Curt Wells and Danny Farris at Bowhunter, the original all-bowhunting brand that's celebrating 55 years of proving archery tackle in the field. Next up, Managing Editor Jack Oller leads the team on Guns & Ammo as they put the latest firearms and accessories through their paces and improve viewers' overall knowledge of the gun industry. Then Editor-in-Chief J. Scott Rupp leads the Handguns team as they cover the latest handguns and present best practices on the range and in personal defense. Bowhunter Hunting Editor Curt Wells sets up each episode, and in his "Moment of Truth" segments he addresses all the situations that bowhunters face as they work toward that special moment when it's time to let an arrow fly. In this week's episode, "Last of the 9," Contributor Danny Farris completes Colorado's Big 9 with a special-draw bighorn sheep tag.
Guns & Ammo TV – 8:00 p.m. ET: The most respected name in the firearms and shooting sports industry, Guns & Ammo TV is back for another entertaining season. Join Host Jack Oller, alongside Brad Fitzpatrick, Richard Nance and Tom Beckstrand, for product reviews, firearms training, shooting competitions, industry history and more! American Rifleman – 9:30 p.m. ET: The on-screen version of the National Rifle Association's century old American Rifleman magazine is hosted by NRA Managing Director of Editorial and Public Affairs Mark A. Keefe IV, with help from Senior Digital Producer Jake Stocke. The American Rifleman team spans the country to cover the firearms industry, and this week the team looks at The Grand American, Smith & Wesson's FPC 5.7mm and the Burnside Carbine.
