SIGHTRON, one of the world's most innovative optical observation and aiming device companies, is proud to announce that Ambassador Adam Migel took 1st place at the 2026 Rocky Mountain Airgun Challenge (R.M.A.C.) in the Speed Challenge Division. The action-packed finals regularly draw competitors from around the globe chasing a piece of the massive $100,000 total event prize purse.

The R.M.A.C. Speed Challenge is a highly fast-paced, head-to-head bracket style shooting event held annually during the R.M.A.C. in Utah. The event is hosted by Utah Airguns at the Garth Killpack Shooting Range in Springville, Utah. It features the world's fastest competitive airgun shooters racing to knock down reactive steel targets. Shooters go head-to-head in this speed challenge. The object is to finish the course of fire and hit the stop plate before your competitor. This years Speed Challenge was more competitive than ever. The finals had everyone on their feet cheering and yelling for their favorite shooters.
"SIGHTRON precision and performance has never let me down," said Adam Migel, SIGHTRON Ambassador. "My trusted SIGHTRON S-TAC gave me all the confidence and reliability I needed in the highly-competitive shootout, resulting in this incredible victory."
Adam's victory came via the use of SIGHTRON's S-TAC 1-6x24 AR1 Riflescope. The S-TAC AR1 utilizes the new AR1 reticle, designed and engineered for fast target acquisition and mid-range shooting situations. The illuminated halo is ideal for close range targets while the illuminated center dot ensures accurate mid-range performance. The non-illuminated but easy-to-see drop bars indicate holdovers between 300-600 yards and indicators for 5 and 10 mph crosswinds. Crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum, it weighs only 22.4 oz and is shock-rated to 1,000G's for more than 10k cycles. It can handle large caliber rounds and is airgun rated. The S-TAC meets IPX7 waterproof standards and is nitrogen charged to prevent fogging of the interior glass elements, even when moving from a warm car to sub-zero temps. The exclusive ExacTrack erector tube system delivers consistent, reliable, and repeatable adjustments even at the extreme edges of the scope's adjustments. This means 1/4 MOA click values are the same at 50 MOA up or down as they are at center zero.
