The new Elegante Sporter stock embodies the essence of the traditional hunting rifle. Crafted from carefully selected Claro American Walnut, this elegant stock showcases the natural beauty and character of the wood while delivering the balance and handling expected from a modern bolt action platform. The Sporter is perfectly shaped and crafted in Italy, and hand finished in Hickory, NC. Weighing in at just 30 ounces, the Elegante Sporter is well under the weight of a traditional wood rifles stock. It utilizes an integrated aluminum mini-chassis to create the perfect balance between weight, repeatability, handling, and performance. This unique stock provides the same precision tolerances and repeatable bedding geometry that gives you chassis level performance in a traditional walnut stock.
The Elegante Sporter stock is built from a single piece of American Walnut with two choices of wood grades, standard or high-grade American Walnut. Each is hand-selected and chosen specifically for grain and character. Because walnut is a natural material, no two stocks carry the same pattern.
