Shell Shock Technologies and CBC Global Ammunition to Commemorate Strategic Partnership at Eurosatory 2026

Shell Shock Technologies, LLC (SST), a leading innovator in the ammunition industry, and CBC Global Ammunition, one of the world's largest ammunition manufacturers, will formally commemorate the recently executed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during the 2026 Eurosatory exhibition in Paris, France.

The ceremonial signing will take place on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 2:00 pm at the CBC booth (Hall 5A / Booth J391) and marks the beginning of a collaboration focused on the industrialization and commercialization of SST's proprietary NAS3™ lightweight ammunition technology. The collaboration is intended to support future military, law enforcement, and commercial market opportunities worldwide.

The collaboration encompasses multiple military and commercial calibers, including 5.56x45, 7.62x51, .277 Fury (6.8x51), .338 Lapua Magnum, .50 BMG, and 9mm. Under the framework of the MOU, CBC is expected to serve as a licensed manufacturing and commercialization partner, supporting future large-scale production and global market development initiatives.

SST's NAS3 technology combines advanced metallurgy and proprietary manufacturing processes to create lightweight, high-pressure-capable ammunition systems designed to improve velocity, greater case capacity, reduced weight, and enhanced overall ballistic performance compared to traditional brass-cased ammunition. The technology also has applications across military, law enforcement, and commercial markets and is particularly well suited for next-generation high-performance ammunition programs.

As part of the collaboration, CBC is expected to support industrialization efforts and future manufacturing scale-up initiatives, including integration into CBC's expanding U.S. manufacturing footprint. CBC recently announced plans for a major ammunition manufacturing facility in northeast Oklahoma, further strengthening its long-term commitment to the U.S. defense and commercial ammunition markets.

"Eurosatory brings together the best in global defense and security, and we are proud to be here with CBC to mark the beginning of this collaboration," said Peter Foss, Managing Partner and CEO of Shell Shock Technologies. "NAS3 was developed to expand the performance limits of modern ammunition, and CBC's global manufacturing capabilities provide an exceptional platform to accelerate the industrialization and commercialization of the technology."

Eurosatory 2026 will be held June 15 – 19, 2026, at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center and is widely recognized as one of the world's premier defense and security exhibitions.
