WEST HARTFORD, CONN., (May 4, 2020) — The U.S. Army awarded a five-year, IDIQ, firm-fixed-price Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract for M16A4 rifles to Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC (Colt). The contract is a split award with a total value of $383 million.
