Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure work is flowing efficiently
• Supervise all warehouse staff
• Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
• Track and correct inventory levels
• Train, guide, motivate warehouse associates
• Make suggestions for productivity improvements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work to improve processes

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Order supplies in a timely manner
• Print bin labels and part number labels
• Prepare freight bill of ladings

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous management experience in a warehouse position or similar role
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Physical stamina, able to work long hours on one’s feet and lift 50+ pounds
• Forklift experience
• Proficient with computers
• Proficient 10-key operation
• Regular and consistent attendance is required
• Strong attention to details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• WMS experience a plus
• Firearms product knowledge a plus
