Hamburg, PA., - Tonight on Sportsman Channel at 7 p.m. EST, Doug Koenig Championship Season highlights the special bond Doug experiences competing on the range with his son Trevor and hunting alongside Zach for Red Deer Stag.

As Doug and Trevor drive through the gates at Copperhead Creek Ranch, in Marble Falls, Texas it means one thing, they've arrived at the Sportsman's Team Challenge National Championship. The timed and scored match consists of two and three person teams shooting .22 rimfire rifles, .22 rimfire pistols, shotgun and centerfire handguns. Always a favorite match of Doug's, the event brings together families and sportsman alike who share and enjoy the spirit of the shooting sports.

Traveling more than 5,000 miles away from their Keystone home state, Doug and his older son Zach head to the south eastern coast of Argentina. After an exciting day of high volume dove hunting, the two settle into camp to rest up and discuss where they'll be hunting the Stags. Over the next several days with the help of their guide Dean Greve of JDG Hunting Services, Doug and Zach stalk the moving bulls and finally get close enough for an ideal shot.
