Spindale, North Carolina – Sabre Defence Industries, Inc. and its subsidiary Manroy USA, LLC have, in agreement with their secured creditors, announced a few weeks ago that they were working together to find a new buyer for the assets of the company. Michael H Blank, who is handling the sale on behalf of the secured creditors has announced his intention to schedule visits to the facility in Spindale, North Carolina via an opening house week which will be from Monday, July 13 until Friday, July 17. The days will be split into two time lots with the morning appointments being from 8am until 12pm and then an afternoon appointment window from 1pm until 5pm.

However, as this is a first come first served basis, there is nothing that would prevent a new part from being able to get in by next week," said Blank. He further stated that, "Preference is given to parties that are looking to purchase all assets of the company, but anyone with a strong interest in at least a significant portion of the equipment is encouraged to schedule a visit. The financial situation of the company makes it unlikely that there will be many opportunities outside this window for a full tour, so this is certainly the best chance to evaluate the operation for sale, if not necessarily the last."
