Todd is an experienced lobbyist with a long history of passing good gun laws, knife laws, and self defense laws. Todd is a current member of the National Rifle Association Board of Directors and is Director of Legislative Affairs for Knife Rights.

The Oklahoma Legislature is considering a bill introduced by Senator Steve Russell, SB1743 the Landowner's Hunting Freedom Act which would allow hunting of game animals with suppressors on private land.
