GUNS Magazine is proud to announce the release of the initial episodes of the GUNS Magazine Podcast. Featuring GUNS Magazine Editor Brent T. Wheat, the podcast offers gun enthusiasts refreshing, no-nonsense but entertaining interviews with some of the most interesting people in the shooting, hunting and outdoor industries.
“My goal,” Wheat said, “is to cut through the noise of the firearms podcast business and provide something a little more fun, a little less self-important and more entertaining for listeners. Our chats are free-form, relaxed, sometimes compelling and wholly enjoyable for those times when you’re working out, driving to work or mowing the lawn.”
Wheat’s many years of media and interviewing experience, coupled with the unparalleled access to industry insiders afforded by the 65-year history of GUNS Magazine, promises to bring listeners a fresh take on shooting podcasts.
Scheduled guests include Clint Smith from Thunder Ranch; Massad Ayoob, handgun and law enforcement editor for FMG Publications; Ken Campbell from Gunsite Academy; Jim Shepherd from The Outdoor Wire and John May from Ed Brown Products. There are also entertaining talks with GUNS and American Handgunner Publisher Roy Huntington and GUNS staff writer Will Dabbs.
