In his new role, Ian will be responsible for all domestic and global sales, rep groups, marketing, product development and training. Arthur will report directly to SIGHTRON’s president.
Ian comes to SIGHTRON with over 12 years of experience in the optical industry and a proven track record across both the UK and US markets. He brings a rare blend of global perspective and boots-on-the-ground expertise to the role.

Ian’s hands-on experience across diverse roles has equipped him with a deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate complex transactions while cultivating meaningful client relationships worldwide.
