Lancer Systems is located in Quakertown, PA and is seeking a Project Engineer to design for continuous development of new products, quality, reliability, performance, schedule adherence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and strong SolidWorks skills. If you are a hands-on individual that enjoys developing products from concept through production, we would like to speak with you!

Manufacturing Industrial Engineer

Lancer Systems is located in Quakertown, PA and is looking for a motivated individual who can evaluate current manufacturing practices, identify those needing improvement, and come up with creative/innovative solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience along with 3 to 5 years’ experience is preferred.

In this role, you would design production layouts and processes with the purpose of increasing productivity, eliminating waste, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. Focus on the design and operation of integrated systems for the production of high-quality, economically competitive products. These systems may include robots, machine tools, and materials-handling equipment.
