Greeley, CO – Legacy optic manufacturer Burris is pleased to announce the appointment of Alberto Corbetta to the position of VP Strategic Brand & Product Marketing.
Originally from Italy, Corbetta brings to the company a concentrated, high-level experience in the optics industry. After securing bachelor and master degrees in economics in Italy, Corbetta joined the Beretta group and moved to Colorado in 2013, where he worked as an integral part of the Burris marketing team.
In 2016, Corbetta transferred to Germany to work at Burris' sister company Steiner Optik, starting in the marketing department. Soon, he moved up in the department with increased responsibilities involving Steiner marketing, product management, and product development. This included developing and implementing a new product range at Steiner that introduced new technologies and supported the company's exceptional growth over the last few years.
Over the previous eight years, Corbetta's work spanned marketing and global branding to product management and development, as well as leading engineering teams within Beretta's optics division.
Corbetta's new position at Burris will include responsibility for global branding, marketing, and product management.
