To continue our rapid growth, we are hiring a Director of Marketing who will be responsible for the overall Marketing Strategy and Implementation.

Specifically, the new Marketing Director will build and manage the team, set and manage the budget, develop and direct the advertising plan, direct the production of creative assets, and direct the public relations and communications.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years experience in a similar leadership role working for a consumer-facing company. The most qualified candidate will have a technical background and education, and demonstrable success leveraging data to increase revenue. The position requires relocation to Cody Wyoming area.

The new Director of Marketing position will have a cash compensation rage of $85,000-$200,000 including a base salary, a commission based on year over year revenue growth, and straight bonus for goal completion. In addition, we offer a benefits and vacation package. The position reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with the Revenue and Product Management department heads.
