DoubleStar Corp. Hires Ernie Sandoval as Wholesale Sales Manager
Sandoval to drive new business while cultivating current relationships with customer base.
Winchester, Ky. – DoubleStar Corp, manufacturers of high-quality, US-made AR components, rifles and pistols, announces today that Ernie Sandoval is its new Wholesale Sales Manager, effective immediately. Sandoval’s focus will be on maintaining and expanding DoubleStar’s customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.
“I’m excited to be joining this team at such a pivotal time within the firearms industry to help develop new strategies for tangible growth in the near future and beyond. I look forward to meeting and talking with our customers to discuss their evolving needs and ensure that the quality of DoubleStar’s relationship with them is high,” commented Sandoval.
Sandoval will be responsible for the sales of DoubeStar products to distributors and dealers, as well as analyzing trends and results of products, implementing sales programs, surveying consumer needs and trends and assisting in the establishment and adjustment of selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand. He will also assist in identifying new product opportunities and/or product packaging and service changes while maintaining sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

An avid hunter and shooter, Sandoval joins the DoubleStar team with seven years of firearms industry experience, where he maintained relationships with firearms distributors and dealers. Prior to entering the firearms industry, Sandoval spent 25 years with the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish as a District Wildlife Supervisor. Sandoval earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from Eastern New Mexico University Portales.
