Beretta 92G Brigadier Tactical Collects Golden Bullseye Award

(Accokeek, MD) Beretta U.S.A. and Wilson Combat were presented a Golden Bullseye Award for Handguns by Shooting Illustrated's editor-in-chief, Ed Friedman last week in Louisville, KY during the 2016 NRA Convention.

At the Golden Bullseye Breakfast, an annual kick-off event attended by industry titans and new comers alike, Friedman called the Wilson Combat/Beretta 92G Brigadier Tactical "perhaps the finest version of the venerable Model 92/M9 ever built."

John Tamborino, Tactical Product Manager for Beretta U.S.A., and Bill Wilson, founder of Wilson Combat accepted the award. "This award validates the great collaboration between two of the finest brands in the industry. We could not have chosen a better partner to develop one of the greatest variants of a pistol that has served the U.S. Armed Forces for over thirty years," remarked Tamborino.

The 92G Brigadier Tactical was conceived as Bill Wilson's ideal full size 90 series pistol.
As a fan and collector of the Model 90 series for some time, Wilson helped Beretta refine the platform adding features like the G de-cocker, heavy brigadier slide, G-10 grips, and oversized magazine release which make this an ideal gun for competition, home defense, and law enforcement.
