Set for September 23-26 at the Peacemaker National Training Center in Gerrardstown, West Virginia, the event will pit the top three-gun shooters from around the country in the only national three-gun competition shot exclusively at night.

The Starlight 3 Gun Championship and the National Rifle Association's World Shooting Championship will hold their events simultaneously at Peacemaker National. This unique combining of events enables top shooters to compete in a pair of events at a single venue while offering spectators the opportunity to see those top shooters competing across virtually every shooting discipline - all for record-setting amounts of cash and prizes in a unique day-and-night setting.

"Our goal is to popularize the concept of athletic shooting competitions by making them entertaining to shooters, non-shooters and spectators - and to do that, we're amping up the entertainment value without sacrificing safety," says Starlight 3 Gun organizer, Jim Shepherd. "We're going to add in fog, thumping music, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, and a true 'event' atmosphere. It won't impact the shooters, but it will showcase the skills our shooting professionals have right now.
