Crimson Trace Seeks Two RSMs

(Wilsonville, OR)—Crimson Trace, the recognized world leader in elevating laser sighting systems to standard equipment status on concealed-carry and personal defense firearms, announces that it has two Regional Sales Manager positions open.

The two RSM openings are in the Southeast Central region (TN, AR, LA, MS, and AL) with preference given to candidates who live in Memphis, TN or Birmingham, AL and the second RSM opening is in the TEXAHOMA region (TX and OK) with preference given to candidates who live in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. Applicants must live in the assigned area and have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Experience handling firearms and in the sporting goods/firearm industry is desired.
Crimson Trace RSMs are responsible for developing the necessary plans to achieve the territory sales goals through developing critical business plan objectives, cultivating and building a regional dealer base, increasing customer loyalty, and focusing on enhancing distributor and dealer relationships. This CTC employee will conduct ongoing training with in-store staff, regional distributors and gun range staff. RSMs are also responsible for promoting and providing POP displays and signage for dealers.
Crimson Trace RSMs must analyze the assigned territory business opportunities and challenges, explore new business opportunities, then develop and implement a productive sales plan to grow market share and profitability. RSMs will also actively promote all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partner packages.

Other duties will require: growing sales, developing partnership projects, and managing profitable relationships. This employ must be able to complete detailed reports and maintain accurate records. The RSM must achieve sales goals and business plan objectives within a two-step distribution system while enhancing the reputation and brand awareness of Crimson Trace and its products. Experience should include: territory management skills, knowledge of price and promotion management, merchandising, and display standards.
Among other qualifications for employment as a Crimson Trace RSM are: a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and at least two years recent sales experience working with chains, buy groups, on-line and catalog dealers, and distributors. Candidates should be a career oriented team player with a positive can-do attitude.
