Crimson Trace Equips the Revolver

(Wilsonville, OR)—Revolvers are on a rebound in popularity with Americans. At the 2015 SHOT Show, manufacturers including Ruger, Smith & Wesson, Taurus and others unveiled many new revolvers (alias wheel guns). Those new revolvers included many models designed specifically for concealed carry. The good news to go along with the revolver resurgence is that Crimson Trace offers Lasergrips® that will fit more than 50 revolver models.

In the Crimson Trace Lasergrips product group are numerous models engineered to fit revolvers from a leading manufacturer—Smith & Wesson. There are Lasergrips available for the S&W J-Frames, K- and L-Frames, and the Round Butt series, along with several laser sights for the manufacturer's N-Frames. There are also Defender series grips with Crimson Trace's N-Gage™Activation that will fit the S&W J-Frame Round Butt revolvers.

Consumers can also obtain Lasergrips for numerous Ruger revolvers, including: SP-101, GP 100, the Super Redhawk, the Alaskan model handgun plus the LCR Hammerless. Ruger recently introduced the Lightweight Compact Revolver (LCRx™) with a 3-inch barrel. This revolver is of great interest in the concealed carry market, and it is chambered in .38 Special +P. All of these Ruger revolvers can be equipped with Crimson Trace Lasergrips that feature the company's patented Instinctive Activation™ engagement feature.

Additionally, there are Lasergrips for the many Taurus small-frame revolvers ranging from the Model 17 up to the No. 941, and for the larger and popular Judge and Tracker revolver models.

In many cases all that's required to install Crimson Trace Lasergrips is to remove the stock grip panels, position the Lasergrips in place, and insert and tighten two screws. This can be accomplished in a few minutes without any special gunsmithing. Manufacturer Suggested Retail Prices range from $149 for the DS-124 Defender Series to $319 for the LG-305.
