ATK Seeking LE Accessory Sales Rep for Northeastern Territory

ATK Sporting Group is seeking a Law Enforcement Accessory Sales Representative for our Northeastern Territory to add to our team. (Territory includes PA, NY, MA, CT, RI and New Jersey) This position will focus on Tactical Accessory sales under the Blackhawk, Bushnell, Uncle Mikes, Uncle Mikes Tactical, Hoppes, Weaver, Outers and other ATK brands. Responsibilities will include calling on law enforcement agencies, distributors and dealer trade partners. Conducting product demonstrations and training on ATK accessory products with agency operators and trade partner sales staff to sell ATK accessory products.

Responsibilities:

• Makes and develops contacts with existing and potential customers.

• Analyzes existing and anticipated customer requirements and promotes consideration of company products and services to fill such requirements. Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans, and product development plans.

• Conducts sales presentations.

• Maintains up-to-date and accurate sales records.

• Maintains technical proficiency and consults with prospective customers regarding use of company products and services.

• Quotes prices and delivery dates and demonstrates and provides instruction on the use of products.

• Keeps informed of new products and other information of interest to customers. Investigates new applications or improvements to products.

• Provides marketing intelligence to sales management and may participate in the development of sales forecasts and strategies.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years with B.A. or related experience Minimum 1 year with M.B.A.

• Law enforcement or military experience preferred.

• Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Sporting, ammunition or firearms knowledge preferable
