George Zimmerman Calls in Live on Armed American Radio

During this week's Armed American Radio national broadcast, host Mark Walters and his on-air guests, self-defense expert Massad Ayoob, Gail Pepin and Claude Werner were surprised when they received a call from George Zimmerman.

After having just completed self-defense expert Massad Ayoob's MAG 20 course focusing upon the judicious use of deadly force, Walters broadcasted live from the training facility and received a surprise on-air call from George Zimmerman.

Zimmerman proceeded to provide a first-hand account of the aftermath of a deadly force encounter from the viewpoint that only someone who has faced that very situation can provide.

"This discussion needs to be heard by every American who carries a firearm or is even considering doing so," said Walters. "It is a reminder of the necessary preparation that comes with exercising our rights."

Walters and his guests describe that preparation to include everything from proper firearm training to having a legal and financial back-up plan in place in the event of having to face an armed encounter.

"My thanks to George Zimmerman for not only listening to the program but for making the call and providing his personal account of the devastation that follows such a traumatic event, for all parties involved," said Walters.

The captivating conversation can be heard in its entirety during the second hour of Armed American Radio here: AAR
