Gun Digest the Magazine Spotlights Concealed Carry

Cincinnati, Ohio - Get on the path to a better understanding of concealed carry with the new issue of Gun Digest the Magazine, now available on newsstands.

As interest in concealed carry continues to soar across the country, the new issue of Gun Digest the Magazine delivers information that both veteran and new shooters alike need as they consider guns for personal defense. Before even stepping foot in a gun shop, individuals considering concealed carry will want to check out a list of the 12 best carry gun available on the market today. The list, which comes from firearms trainer Dick Jones and his lifetime of experiences behind the gun, includes both semi-automatics as well as revolvers. Gun Digest the Magazine's special issue includes previews of a selection of accessories that make handgun use and storage a cinch. Author and firearms expert Grant Cunningham also stresses the importance of selecting the right holster, which, in order to be at a high level of preparedness, must allow shooters to access their guns cleanly and safely should danger confront them.

Plus, for new shooters considering CCW, Gun Digest the Magazine calls on the best instructor in the business for firearms tutorials: Massad Ayoob. The issue includes an article in which Ayoob teaches the proper grip for handguns and shows readers the best way to establish the proper shooting stance to increase accuracy.

In addition to the concealed carry coverage, this issue of Gun Digest the Magazine also includes a long gun feature, in which Philip Massaro shares his opinion on the 10 best big game calibers of all time. Clay and wingshooters can check out a list of the 10 best sporting shotguns of all time, too. There's something for every shooter, hunter and sportsman, in this month's issue.
