Moriarty, NM - Ergo Grip®, a market leading provider of shooter focused grips, stocks, rail covers and other accessories is seeking qualified candidates for the position of General Sales Manager. Job duties include but are not limited to managing Ergo Grip's in house sales team and independent sales representatives, creating and implementing strategic sales plans, working with key accounts, sales performance analysis and setting sales goals and objectives.
Qualified candidates will have at least five years firearms or firearms accessory related sales and managerial experience as well as experience working with major retailers and OEM accounts. Other requirements include a B.A. in Business or Marketing and ability to travel as required. Relocation to the Albuquerque New Mexico area is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience. Performance based incentives are also part of the compensation package.
