NSSF Recognizes With 10-Year Partnership Award
Whether it is the auction of the 4-millionth Marlin lever action, a specially engraved shotgun to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Browning Auto 5 or the highly embellished Serial # 000001 of the new Turnbull TAR-10 rifle, milestone celebrations are a key component of the SHOT Show auction.

At the 2013 SHOT Show, the National Shooting Sports Foundation marked another important milestone, presenting with a Partnership Milestone Award recognizing 10 years of service as the exclusive host of the SHOT Show Auction.

"The impact of's contributions to the SHOT Show Auction has been tremendous," said Chris Dolnack, NSSF senior vice president and chief marketing officer. "Before's involvement in the SHOT Show auction, we might receive fewer than a dozen bids from folks at the SHOT Show. In recent years, in excess of 250,000 of's more than 2,000,000 registered users view our auction items and drive spirited bidding that increases the auction proceeds and benefits our hunting and shooting sports heritage."

"For, hosting the SHOT Show Auction is a great opportunity to support the future of the shooting sports while offering our users a chance to bid on firearms and other special items that might otherwise be unavailable to them," said Don Hall, Chief Operating Officer.

Through its guidance and auction services, has helped NSSF and its partners raise more than $400,000 in support of America's hunting and shooting traditions.

The SHOT Show auction is administered by the Hunting Heritage Trust for the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF).
