Pro Angler Bradley Roy and USA Cares Host 3rd Annual Stars & Stripes Bass Open on Lake Cumberland

LOUISVILLE, KY – Anglers, get ready to cast for a cause! The Bradley Roy/USA Cares Stars & Stripes Bass Open tournament will be held Saturday, December 7 at Lake Cumberland, Kentucky.

Co-hosted by Major League Fishing Pro Angler Bradley Roy, the tournament will run from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm at Lake Cumberland’s Halcomb’s Landing boat ramp, located off of US 127 S from Jamestown, KY, just before Wolf Creek dam.

The tournament features a $2,500 grand prize guaranteed to the first place winner. Payback is based on 80% of entries with a guarantee of $2000 by sponsors, and payout is based on 100 boats.

Competitors can register early for $100/boat, or for $110/boat on the day of the event. The registration fee includes any applicable ramp fees. All proceeds will go on to benefit USA Cares and our mission to assist veterans and military families with emergency financial aid and advocacy support.

These Stars & Stripes fishing events are just a small way that we, as anglers, can thank our veterans for all they’ve sacrificed for us.”

Although participants can register at the ramp on the day of the event, anglers are encouraged to register early in person at any Anglers Outpost & Marine, located at 96 South Camp Dick Road, Lancaster, KY 40444 and at 4520 N. Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165.
